Were as the Lessor is the owner of a recreational property known as Herrera Hacienda located on the legal land 67850 Jolon Rd, Lockwood, CA 93932.

The lessee has agree to rent the campsite for the current years rate as noted on the membership form.

For use by the Lessee solely for recreational purposes on the terms and conditions hereafter set forth.

The term of this agreement is from the time you select your site to the time you vacate/forfeit your site. The lessor and the lessee recognize the following Terms of this Agreement.

If I am leasing a campsite, I must pay membership and lease fees, regardless if I attend reunion or not.

I will pay my yearly lease payment, if not, I understand that I will forfeit my campsite.

In order to store an RV on the property, you must lease a campsite.

I will pay the current rate that is listed on the Annual Membership form.

I will remove all personal property if I vacate/forfeit the campsite.

I will ensure that my campsite is ALWAYS clean of trash and remove all items not in use.

No permanent structures allowed on your site.

All personally owned Porta Potties must be cleaned after the reunion. Cost is $25 per cleaning.

HFRA is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property.

Lessee may store travel trailer, RV or boat for an additional fee per vehicle. Please list:
